Where can I get a good spyware removal program which does more than just scan for free?

My computer is real slow and i'm looking for a free spyware removal program that does more than just scan. Most will scan your computer for free than ask for money to remove the spy and adware.

3. SpyBot Seach & Destroy is awesome. It updates, it has a Immunize feature, it has an optional TeaTimer setion that prevents new program installations. Get it from www.download.com Ad-aware is very good too. also from download.com

Depending on just one is not a wise decision.
