I have a windows xp computer. I need some free online spyware removal. What should I do?

I want to know where I can go online and get a free spyware and adware removal, so my computer will run faster. What should I do? What are some good suggestions?

4. Um that is tricky question, I don't belive there are any, try going to www.microsoft.com and see if there is one there. If not, try to locate where the file is located and delete it your self
